Reporting Bugs

If you believe you have discovered a bug in NetPriceCalc, we are very interested in your report. In order to resolve a bug, we have to be able to reproduce the environment which led to the malfunction. When you're reporting a bug, please include:

• The name of the school whose calculator you're using
• Your browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, etc.)
• The version of your browser (IE8, Safari 4, etc.)
• Your operating system (Windows 7, OS X, Linux)
• Your platform (PC, Mac, iPhone, Android, etc.)
• The input you provided to NPC that generated the problem condition
• When it happened
• Your IP address (if you know it)

Please include this, and any other information you believe is relevant, in your report. We'll do our best to resolve the problem.
